We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we obtain from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. We will never collection sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include use a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your brower settings.

Delivery Charges

All prices include delivery unless otherwise stated.

For orders to the Highlands of Scotland, please contact us and we will advise if there is any additional delivery charge.

The majority of items purchased through this web-site are delivered within 3/4 working days.  For the Timberline and All Out Play garden toys, delivery and installation is usually within 4 weeks.  You can always contact Kids Corrner if you are concerned about delivery on 01244 620420.

Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted to inform you when you can expect delivery of the goods.

Signature on Delivery

All items shipped by courier will need a signature on delivery.  We recommend that, on receipt of your goods, if the box is damaged that you state this on the delivery note in writing before signing.

Pricing

All prices include VAt @ 17.5%.  All prices and special offers are subject to availability and changes.

Cancelling Your Order

You as the customer have the unconditional right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods and your money would be returned within 30 days (7 working days start the day after receipt of the goods).  The goods, should they be returned, need to be in immaculate condition, and the customer shall be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.

If you cancel your order after the goods have been shipped you will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.  Proof of these costs will be provided for you.  On the rare occasion an item is faulty or damaged in transit we will of course offer to replace the damaged goods immediately. 

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale come with one years manufacturing parts and labour warranty. This is in addition to consumer's statutory rights.

Returns

Please contact us within 7 days if you receive faulty products. You are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will either arrange an exchange. This could involve the customer dealing with the manufacturer direct. The goods need to be returned in the appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all goods with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned.
